A County Durham based rail entrepreneur has hinted at a major new multi-million pound contract, with a formal announcement expected within the next fortnight.
Luke Allan Holmes, CEO of Holdham Group, from Wolsingham in Weardale, revealed in a LinkedIn post that his business has secured a substantial deal following months of work behind the scenes.
