Work has started on a £4 million petrol station scheme.
Contractors have broken ground on an EG On The Move site, convenience store and Starbucks drive-thru at the Integra 61 development, near Bowburn, County Durham.
Bosses say the venture will create about 70 jobs, adding the filling station is expected to open later this year.
