Alison Rippon spent almost 20 years as a community nurse in the local area. Her long NHS career began on a busy surgical ward, where she developed her expertise in patient care. After leaving community nursing, she continued to build her knowledge with a rewarding role as a treatment room nurse in the Weardale Practice.
