THE annual Remembrance services will take place around the Dale on November 9th.
This is the communities’ opportunity to remember those Weardale men and women who gave their lives in two world wars and other conflicts around the globe. Everyone is welcome to attend any of the services, which are mostly outdoors – no invitation is necessary.

Wolsingham School has also issued an invitation to anyone who would like to attend the annual Armistice Day service inside the school on Tuesday November 11th at 10:30am.
