POLICE SEEK INFORMATION
CAN you help officers investigating a suspected arson?
The incident is believed to have happened at Gibson’s Funeral Services in Bridge Street,
Howden-le-Wear, around 11pm ON Monday March 18 th when a shed was set on fire.
Although the main building has thankfully not been affected, three funeral cars within have been
badly damaged with two completely destroyed.
An investigation is ongoing and officers are appealing for information for what is thought to be
an isolated incident.
