The project that is aiming to create 100 collectable walks throughout the county has developed and installed a new one in Frosterley.
The Heritage 100 Project is delighted to announce that Walk Number 26 is in Frosterley. A spokesperson said, “It’s a beautiful walk at any time of the year. Many thanks to Stanhope Parish Council and The Weardale Railway. We will be looking for a walk custodian and a walk sponsor for this walk in due course.”
