For many years, TCR has been at the heart of community life in Teesdale, delivering a huge range of projects, activities and support for young people and the wider community. Through youth work, outdoor activities, creative programmes, wellbeing initiatives, community events and services that help people stay connected across rural communities, TCR has grown into a vibrant, trusted and deeply valued organisation with strong roots in the community it serves.
We are now looking for an experienced leader who can build on those strengths and help shape the organisation’s future. This is a rare opportunity to lead a charity with a strong local identity and incredibly committed staff and volunteer team, in a role with genuine scope for strategic leadership and a lasting impact on the future of community provision across Teesdale.
