THE annual auction in Rookhope will be held this year on Saturday April 25th.
The event, in aid of Rookhope in Bloom, will be held, as usual, in the village hall and will begin at 11am. Viewing is from 10am and any items to be auctioned can be left at the hall the day beforehand on the Friday (24th).
Visitors to the auction can guarantee an enjoyable time with Brian ‘Shorty’ Thompson wielding his gavel as auctioneer as only he can. There will be a raffle and refreshments on sale from the kitchen too.
Everyone welcome – laughs galore guaranteed. Free entry.
