It’s panto time again at St John’s Chapel – oh yes it is!

The annual pantomime will take place in the Upper Weardale Town Hall at St John’s Chapel next weekend.

Organised and directed by Tina Raynor, as it has been for many years, The Phoenix Players this year will be telling the tale of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Using very few props and relying on their own acting abilities, the people, including the children of the upper Dale, have been rehearsing for weeks to bring you a production worthy of any theatre.

There will be two opportunities to see the show – on Friday January 16th at 7pm and then again the next day on Saturday January 17th at 2pm. Tickets available on the door – Adults £6 (concessions £5) and children £3.

Please go along and give them your support – you won’t be disappointed. Oh no you won’t! Everyone – and his dog – is welcome.
