The TCR Hub in Barnard Castle is set to host its first Wellbeing Day, offering the local community a unique opportunity to unwind, recharge, and explore a range of holistic practices all delivered in collaboration with respected wellness partners.

Taking place on Saturday 20th December, the event brings together Elements SaunaAuraPrana Holistic Wellbeing, and Jacqueline Carson, Meditation & Kundalini Yoga Teacher, to create a restorative experience designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Participants will enjoy a full day of mindfulness, gentle movement, relaxation sessions, and seasonal self-care activities. The retreat aims to provide a peaceful pause before the festive period, while also showcasing the growing wellbeing offering developing at the TCR Hub.

The event is priced at £50 per person, with all proceeds helping to support the ongoing charitable work of the TCR Hub, which continues to provide vital services, activities, and community support across Teesdale.

A spokesperson for the TCR Hub said:
“We are thrilled to be launching our first Wellbeing Day in collaboration with such talented practitioners. This event is part of our mission to bring accessible, high-quality wellbeing opportunities to our community, especially at a time of year when people feel the pressures of everyday life most keenly.”

The TCR Hub extends its thanks to its wellness partners for helping bring this new offering to life, and hopes this will be the first of many similar events in the future.
