The annual Weardale Agricultural Show at St John’s Chapel takes place this Saturday.
A truly traditional show, there will be something for everyone – and all children’s activities are FREE! Go along and take a look at the scores of exhibits in the marquees, take part in the traditional competitions on the field, have a go at Archery, check out the sheep, cattle and the various equine events.
Stalls, teas, music – there will be something to suit every taste, including dry-stone walling competition and, of course, the time of year to meet up with old friends…
