For Your Prayers
We keep in ourprayers all in our community who are in any kind of need. Our prayers are asked particularly for Kathleen Kirby.
We pray for our outgoing and incoming Prime Ministers, for our MP Sam Rushworth and for all who seek to serve in public office. We ask that God would give them wisdom, integrity and freedom from fear.
Oh God, it’s the Vicar!
Graeme has now made 6 little videos answering questions local people have asked, and hopefully creating some curiosity in christianity. His plan is to add one each week. If you know people who might enjoy them, please share.
This week’s video asks the question “Was Jesus Jewish?”
Cowshill Garden Party
The annual Garden Party will be held this year on Saturday 1st August 12.30-4pm in St Thomas’ Church and the Village Hall, Cowshill.
There will be craft stalls, books, a cake stall, refreshments, a tombola and a raffle.
A poster is attached – please print off and display if you are able.
