A new Mothers’ group has been formed in the Dale especially for those who feel isolated, lonely or just want to make friends with other mams.
A group of mothers have formed a group that will organise a weekly 5k walk where all mothers and children are welcome. The group can help improve mental health through good walks, good company and good vibes.
The first walk will take place on Friday, July 3rd, in the beautiful surroundings that is Bishop Auckland Deer Park in the grounds of Auckland Castle.
