Stanhope Grey Bull (B):

Ian Peart opened the scoring for Stanhope Pack Horse, followed by immediate response from the visitors with a win through Julie Scott to level the scoring. The theme continued with the home side re-gaining the lead with a win from David Nicholson followed by a win for the visitors by Jack Tinkler. The home side nudged in front again through Will Giles, but David Sheppard won the final singles game of the evening to level the score at 3-3. The Grey Bull (B) were victorious in 2 of the 3 doubles games to win narrowly 5-4 on the night in a very tight match.

Stanhope Grey Bull (A) V Frosterly Inn.

The home side started strong through Johnny Emerson, Ben Forster, and Carl Tunstall. A response was made by Davey Richmond for the visitors, but the home side pushed further clear with wins from Chris Woodruff and David Craggs putting the score at 5-1 following singles games. Further points were gained for the home side by winning first 2 doubles games, but it was the visitors that claimed the final doubles match of the evening resulting in a decisive 7-2 win for Stanhope Grey Bull (A).

Stanhope Club V Wolsingham Black Lion.

It was the visitors that struck first and took the lead through Doug Mill. Stanhope Club responded to take the lead with wins from Adam Dobson, Paul Dobson, and Adam Robinson before Reg Savory claimed a point back for the visitors. Frank Stephenson gained a further point for the home side to claim a 2-point advantage at the conclusion of singles matches. Wolsingham Black Lion responded and levelled the scoring by winning the first 2 doubles games, but it was the home side that claimed the final point of the evening for a narrow 5-4 victory to Stanhope Club.
